Our Postcard Dinner series was cultivated from my love of traveling the world and sending postcards to friends & family. We will surely impress with a beautiful dining table setting, a menu inspired by local ingredients with popular cultural dishes and quality wine all inspired by AUSTRALIA.

Appetizers: Pikelet with beet tapenade and creme fraiche & Sausage roll served with home-made tomato dip
Starter: Crab & Summer Vegetable Salad served with shrimp on the barbie tableside
Main: Lamb served with an herb marble potato salad with black garlic & preserved lemon accompanied with vegetable succotash
Dessert: Lamington Cake tossed with coconut flakes
