Yes, I am starting from the end of the night because a private firework can't be saved for last! Around 9:30 p.m we asked all the guests to gather around the mansion's Koi Pond with drink in hand for a special send off to the couple. Little did they all know we were surprising the couple with a pre Fourth of July firework show! The burst of color started lighting up the sky, making a perfect setting for photos of the couples and moments for the guests to share with one another before saying their goodbyes. It was an absolute magical way to end such a one-of-a-kind dream wedding!

I first meet Katie and Joel in April 2021 (yes, 2 months before!) with their wedding day planned for June 19th, 2021. Our initial consultation came from a referral from their wedding photography, as they were planning a full scale wedding at their private home. The couple at the time had moved to Joel's family farm in which they were not only planning a wedding, but also remodeling! Katie and Joel had a wedding vision for all of their family & friends to celebrate in their journey and thank each of them for being a part of their life. As a wedding coordinator you don't always know what dream day the couple is creating and little did I know, how special their wedding day would become.

I first meet Julie and Sergei in October 2019 (yes, 2019!) with their wedding day planned for August 21st, 2021. My initial excitement in our call I tried to keep discrete, as we instantly connected over living in California. The couple at the time lived in the San Francisco area, and with me being from Orange County, it felt like we had switched regions! Sergei and Julie met here in Champaign as they attended high school together, then over the years they found their way to California. Little did I know from that first talk, how special there wedding day would become.

When I first met with Emily & David the pure joy, kindness, excitement and love they had for each other was instant to me. One of the first question I ask couples in planning is “What do you two want to feel on your wedding day?” They both wanted a day that honored their love with their family & friends with a beautifully intentional day that expressed who they are as a couple.
