Rustic Retreat Wedding with Jenna & Jimmy
10.17.20 | The Farmstand Barn
Not many people talk about this.. but as a full service wedding planner you are blessed to go on the couple’s wedding journey with them.
When I first met with Jenna the pure joy, anticipation, excitement and love she had for Jimmy was palpable. We started the event planning process only about 3 months before their wedding date.
When I asked Jenna “Why they wanted to get married in 2020 and not wait till 2021?” I’ll never forget her answer. She expressed they were both excited to start the next chapters of their relationship as a married couple! Even with COVID they were ready to walk together in their journey, regardless of their wedding guest size. That is true love.
This past weekend, to see Jenna & Jimmy genuine love for one another was beautiful. With having a small intimate wedding day the two of them could truly value their close family and friends in the celebration of their life’s milestone. I don’t think there was a dry eye during the ceremony!
When I’m asked “Why am I a wedding planner?” It’s because for me, to be able to guide a couple through an overwhelming experience and then see them on their wedding day unconditionally loving the day as a life memory they will never forget, is one of the most rewarding and continue blessing for me in my life’s career!
