Spring Picnic and Travel Essentials
Get my 6 Must Have Spring Picnic & Travel Essentials!
I love having an outing at Allerton Park, taking a trip to the beach, heading to a music festival or exploring sites abroad… So as we start to see the sun coming through the clouds with the hope of sunnier days ahead, I thought it would be the perfect time to round-up a few of my spring essentials!
When planning what to eat and drink for my outing, I enjoy getting local fruits, nuts and snacks. Often if I find myself abroad, I will go to a market to stock up on fresh eats. One tip to give you is to consider if the warm weather will wilt your food.
For example brie cheese doesn’t hold up well in the spring sun, so try more hard cheeses. Well enough talking about food, let’s get to packing with the go-to essentials you’ll finding my picnic & travel basket with spring just around the corner.
The Picnic Basket & Bag
|1| Ollellia– The company of the classic handcrafted 100% rattan basket for adults & kids. I have their “Soukie Seagrass Backpack“, which is perfect to throw my blanket, games, sunglasses, fresh flowers (because we always need to gather some), sun hat and accessories for a day out.
It pairs perfectly with my picnic basket that has all the dining essentials. Their products are made by makers who have benchmarks of ethical supply, quality products and minimal impacts to the environment. You can shop for your kids with their: strolleys, luggie, bags, Easter baskets, dolls or toys. Then for the woman beyond bags you can shop knits, playsuits, clothing, shoes and accessories.
|2| Sunnylife– Soaking up the sun with the perfect picnic basket is now even easier! I have their “Small Picnic Basket“, which is perfect with (2) sustainable cups and plates plus two wooden-handled cutlery sets and a bottle opener. In addition it is light and compact and packed with everything you need for a day in the sunshine.
Products are made for a life lived under the sun, “SUNNYLiFE” as the world’s leading summer lifestyle brand. Born on the beaches of Sydney in 2003, the brand was established with a simple goal: to share Australia’s authentic summer style with the rest of the world.
You can shop for products that can be found on beaches, in pools and at sun drenched holiday destinations across the globe. What I love about this shop is you can find floats & pool toys
(I have bought the floating cup holders for many bachelorette parties), inflatables, beach umbrellas, bags, speakers, towels & pillows and so many kid toys.
