I love having an outing at Allerton Park, taking a trip to the beach, heading to a music festival or exploring sites abroad... So as we start to see the sun coming through the clouds with the hope of sunnier days ahead, I thought it would be the perfect time to round-up a few of my spring essentials!

Keller Williams Real Estate Center of Illinois has been committed to our community, and our veterans, for years. As an organization that is near and dear to their hearts, they have donated over $800,000 for the Chez Veterans Center before this evenings fundraiser. The committee in congruence with Mega Events auctioneer and our event planning we were able to create a gala experience that ended hitting our goal of $1 MILLION RAISED!

As we start to get back to gatherings, many of us are hosting events at our home. From graduations, birthdays, baby showers and more we can start celebrating our life's occasions again! I have been the event planner to many outdoor parties this year, which comes along with a lot of planning.

We are fully into summer now, which means a lot of backyard gatherings in our Midwest oasis!? Now, I do have a biases to the outdoors being from California and I know sometimes summers out here don't feel like an oasis, but I will not give up! Together, with a team of creatives we set this stunning table escape in the gardens of Allerton.

|1| Select your inspirational linen. In selecting the hydrangea linen called, Garden Oasis, I wanted the surrounding flowers to be a part of the dining experience. Also, the bright colors of blue, pink, green and orange brought a lightness & happiness to the setting.

It is start to spring and summer gatherings! We have all experienced different growths, wins and losses then we started this year, but the biggest takeaway is we did grow ourselves! Now, we can simply be in the present moment with our close family & friends to celebrate together safely.
