I first meet Katie and Joel in April 2021 (yes, 2 months before!) with their wedding day planned for June 19th, 2021. Our initial consultation came from a referral from their wedding photography, as they were planning a full scale wedding at their private home. The couple at the time had moved to Joel's family farm in which they were not only planning a wedding, but also remodeling! Katie and Joel had a wedding vision for all of their family & friends to celebrate in their journey and thank each of them for being a part of their life. As a wedding coordinator you don't always know what dream day the couple is creating and little did I know, how special their wedding day would become.

I first meet Julie and Sergei in October 2019 (yes, 2019!) with their wedding day planned for August 21st, 2021. My initial excitement in our call I tried to keep discrete, as we instantly connected over living in California. The couple at the time lived in the San Francisco area, and with me being from Orange County, it felt like we had switched regions! Sergei and Julie met here in Champaign as they attended high school together, then over the years they found their way to California. Little did I know from that first talk, how special there wedding day would become.
